Suraj Kumar Rajwani

Suraj Kumar Rajwani is the co-founder and managing partner of DoubleRock. He has over ten years of management, investment and M&A experience in Silicon Valley, China, and India. He was previously the Managing Director of the Global Entrepreneurs Network Organization (GENO), an entrepreneur organization with over 37 franchises worldwide. As head of sales and marketing, he grew GENO's footprint to over 23 countries and led product expansion into new areas such as enterprise pricing and enterprise incentive management. He has advised on mergers and acquisitions in multiple industries including IT, financial services, real estate, and construction.

In 2008, Suraj was headhunted to Citi's emerging markets private equity unit before its sale to Rohatyn Group in 2012. In 2009, Suraj led a consortium to acquire a substantial stake in one of India's leading digital media studios. Due to Suraj's diverse international network, he has brokered many cross-border deals including acquisition and reverses takeover deals.
