Rose Velez-Smith

Rose Velez-Smith has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Rose is currently working as the EVP & CHRO at DoubleVerify since 2022. Prior to this, Rose held multiple senior leadership roles at Pitney Bowes, including Sr Vice President Total Rewards & HR Shared Services, Senior VP Human Resources, Business Groups & Workforce Services, and Senior Vice President Global Strategic Talent Management. Rose also served as the Vice President Human Resources - Global Integrated Talent Mgmt. & Global SMB at Pitney Bowes. Before joining Pitney Bowes, Rose worked as the Vice President Services Solutions, HR Operations & Shared Services at Pitney Bowes, Inc and as the Vice President Human Resources at Pitney Bowes Management Services. Earlier in their career, Rose held various HR positions at Champion International and worked as the Regional Human Resources Director at Navigant International. Rose holds a wealth of experience and expertise in talent management, HR operations, and workforce planning.

Rose Velez-Smith completed the CHRO Cornell Program at Cornell University in 2015-2016. Prior to that, they obtained a master's degree in Counseling & Human Resources Development from the University of Bridgeport, which they completed between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, they have received certification as a participant in the NAHR CHRO Academy at the National Academy of Human Resources in 2023.
