Victor Ostiguin Pe

Victor Ostiguin, PE, has been a Project Engineer at Doucet since April 2014, where responsibilities expanded to include the role of Associate Engineer. Prior to this position, Victor served as an Intern at the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality from March 2013 to January 2014. Victor earned a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, completing studies from 2009 to 2013. Additional educational credentials include attending Victoria College.
