Theodor Marinius Tollefsen

Theodor Marinius Tollefsen is an accomplished digital commerce and operations professional with extensive experience in managing e-commerce strategies and teams. Currently serving as Chief Digital Officer at Dbjourney since January 2025, Tollefsen previously held significant roles at Helly Hansen, including Senior Director of Digital Commerce & Global Digital Operations and Consumer Business Director, where responsibilities included overseeing online sales and growth strategies. Prior to Helly Hansen, Tollefsen was Head of Omni-channel and e-commerce at Jernia Norge AS, focusing on customer relations and omni-channel implementation. Tollefsen also contributed to the digital landscape as a Senior Consultant and Account Manager at Creuna and as a co-founder of Colt Kommunikasjon AS, Norway's first digital and social media marketing agency. Tollefsen earned a Master's degree in Finance from BI Norwegian Business School.
