Lori Haugland

Lori Haugland currently serves as a Job Developer - Employment Specialist for the CAVE Youth Program at Douglas College, focusing on creating job opportunities for participants facing employment barriers. Haugland also has experience as a Job Developer for the Accelerated Career Development Program, where responsibilities included program intake and facilitating career planning. Previously, Haugland worked at Career Connect as a Career Coach, providing career counseling and job search coaching to diverse student populations. Haugland's extensive tenure at TELUS included roles such as Manager of Business Process Improvement, where responsibilities involved leading a team in process enhancements and driving business results, as well as serving as a Senior Process Improvement Consultant. Haugland holds an Associates Certificate in Business Analysis from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has further training from Global Knowledge.
