Raymond Afan

Raymond Afan is an experienced professional in project management and campus planning, currently serving as the Manager of Campus Planning and Development at Douglas College since April 2025. Prior to this role, Raymond held positions such as Senior Project Manager at the City of Burnaby from June 2020 to April 2025 and Capital Project Manager at Surrey Schools from October 2017 to June 2020. Raymond’s career also includes extensive experience as a Project Manager at the Vancouver School Board and PCL Construction, as well as serving as a Project Coordinator at Edmonds School District. Raymond holds an Architectural Technology Diploma from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of British Columbia.
