Catherine Hall is an accomplished public affairs professional with significant experience in grant management and policy analysis. Since January 2010, Catherine has served as the Assistant County Administrator for Douglas County Nebraska, focusing on juvenile justice reform and countywide grant policies. Prior to this role, Catherine was a Grant Officer responsible for identifying and managing grant opportunities within the criminal justice sector. Catherine's earlier experience includes serving as a Grant Assistant for the Wisconsin Director of State Courts, where responsibilities included implementing federal grant activities, as well as an internship in the Office of Senator Tim Johnson focusing on constituent relations. Catherine holds a Master of Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Grinnell College.
