Dr. Abby Carbaugh

Dr. Abby Carbaugh is a seasoned professional in the field of criminal justice, currently serving as the Juvenile Justice Data Administrator for Douglas County, Nebraska since January 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nebraska at Omaha since January 2016. Prior experience includes roles as Research Director, Research Administrator, and Research Manager at the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services from June 2012 to December 2020, as well as a Ph.D. Research Intern. Dr. Carbaugh's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Criminal Justice, a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Master's Degree in Forensic Science, all obtained from reputable institutions, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
