Amy Marschner

Amy Marschner is a seasoned behavior specialist currently working with the Douglas County School District since August 2023. With extensive experience in the field, Marschner has held positions such as Owner and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Breakthrough Therapy Solutions, LLC since August 2021, and Independent Consultant at Behavior Change Institute since February 2021. Prior roles include BCBA and Senior Clinician at Pediatrics Plus and Behavior Change Institute, respectively. Marschner began their career as a Behavior Therapist at Trumpet Behavioral Health and advanced through various roles, including Lead Teacher at The Joshua School and BCBA Case Manager at The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD). Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism from The Sage Colleges-Sage Graduate School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Development from Western Michigan University.
