Colleen A. Doan

Colleen A. Doan has over a decade of experience in budget management and financial analysis, currently serving as the Director of Budget for Douglas County School District since July 2014, where responsibilities include coordinating a $1B+ annual budget, supervising the Budget Office, and leading the implementation of new budgeting software. Previous roles include Program Manager of Budget Planning, Development and Analysis and Senior Budget Analyst in the same district, focusing on forecasting models, budget reporting, and staff management. Prior experience includes financial analysis at Denver Public Schools, government relations at the Port of San Diego, and various support roles in educational and service sectors. Colleen A.
