Ekaterina Kelly

Ekaterina (Kate) Kelly is an experienced educator and business professional currently serving as a Substitute Teacher K-12 at Douglas County School District since September 2023. Previously, Kelly held various roles in education, including Substitute Instructional Assistant and Para Educator at Lake Washington School District, and worked as a Marketing Consultant for Faith Lutheran School of Redmond, where responsibilities included community engagement and budgeting. As CEO of the Kelly Family Operations since December 2011, Kelly has combined entrepreneurial expertise with a background in marketing gained through significant roles, including Manager of Market and Business Growth Analysis at Ball Corporation and various positions during an MBA program at the University of Colorado Boulder. Kelly earned an MBA with high honors and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Wellesley College, demonstrating a solid foundation in business and marketing principles.
