Jake Seymour

Jake Seymour is a PE Teacher at Douglas County School District as of July 2024, focusing on fostering self-awareness and active play among elementary students. Prior experience includes roles as a Site Specialist at Playworks and a Backend Software Engineer at Turing School of Software & Design, as well as a Skatepark Designer at New Line Skateparks and a Landscape Designer at Hord Coplan Macht. Jake has also held positions at California Skateparks, Marpa Landscape Architecture, the City of Aurora Department of Water Conservation, and Denver Botanic Gardens. Jake holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Sustainable Landscape Horticulture from the University of Vermont. Currently, Jake is enhancing software skills at Turing School of Software & Design.
