Jolee Jones

Jolee Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development, experiential learning, and outdoor education. Currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development & Experiential Learning at Douglas County School District since July 2022, Jolee focuses on enhancing climate and culture through self-awareness and staff engagement. As the Founder of Ellipsis Consulting, LLC since October 2019, Jolee designs team development programs and organizational consulting to foster innovation and efficiency. Previous roles include Director at Stone Canyon Outdoor EdVentures, managing a multi-use facility, and Director of Outdoor Education at Pali Institute, overseeing a residential program serving over 13,000 students annually. Jolee holds an MS in Experiential Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a BS in Recreational Administration from Texas State University.
