Joseph Schubarth

Joseph Schubarth has extensive experience in education, currently serving as the Dean of Students and a High School Learning Specialist at Douglas County School District since August 2006. Initially, Joseph spent two years as a Middle School Health teacher before earning a Master's in Special Education and teaching Middle School Special Education for four years. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in HPWA Teaching from Colorado Mesa University and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Grand Canyon University, along with a licensure in Educational Leadership and Administration from Regis University. Prior to joining Douglas County School District, Joseph worked at Lowes from May 2002 to August 2006, where responsibilities included sales and serving as a Health Teacher and Assistant Football Coach.
