Phil Domenico

Captain of Highlands Ranch Division at Douglas County Sheriff's Office

Lieutenant Domenico has been a member of the law enforcement community for 27 years. He joined the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office in 2014 starting as a deputy in the Detentions Division. Since then he’s been assigned to the Patrol and Investigations Divisions before attaining his current assignment in Internal Affairs.

During his law enforcement tenure, Lt. Domenico has attended several training courses which include the Weapons of Mass Destruction / Unified Command School at Texas A&M University; Police Executive Command and Leadership Training at Penn State University, and the Senior Management Institute for Police Seminar (SMIPS) in Boston, Massachusetts.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
