Jordan Klinger

Jordan Klinger has extensive work experience in the finance and real estate sectors. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Real Estate Law Clerk at Adelson Loria & Weisman, PC, where they represented clients in commercial real estate transactions and tax planning. From 2006 to 2010, they worked at Reznick Group as a Senior Analyst, performing quantitative analyses and creating financial models for investment decisions. Since 2010, Jordan has been the Director of Finance at Douglas Development Corporation, where they manage lender relationships and leads the origination process for project level financing. Jordan has handled over $8.0 billion in capital transactions during their time at DDC.

Jordan Klinger obtained a Juris Doctor degree in Real Estate Development from Suffolk University Law School from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from Suffolk University, Sawyer School of Management between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, Robert H. Smith School of Business College from 1997 to 2001, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business and Marketing. Jordan Klinger also holds an Accredited Valuation Analyst certification from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
