Shahla Motamedi

Shahla Motamedi has extensive experience in lease accounting and administration. Shahla started their career as a Director of Lease/Insurance Administration at Jefferson Commercial Realty in 1988 and worked there until 1998. Shahla then joined Atlantic Realty Companies, Inc. as the Director of Lease/Legal Administration from 1998 to 2006. Following that, Shahla worked at Douglas Development Corporation as the Head of Lease Administration from 2006 to 2010, managing more than 900 commercial and government leases in the Washington Metropolitan area. Shahla then became self-employed as a Lease Accounting Consultant from 2010 to 2013. Shahla eventually returned to Douglas Development Corporation, where they are currently the Director of Lease Accounting, a position they have held since 2013.

Shahla Motamedi completed their Certification in RPA from BOMI during the period of 2007 to 2020. Additionally, they hold a Master's degree in Applied Economics from American University. No further information is available about the duration or completion status of their Master's degree.
