Gretchen Walton

Gretchen Walton is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. since June 2012, Gretchen has also held roles as Sr. HR Generalist, HR Generalist, and Executive Assistant within the company. Prior to this, Gretchen worked as a Long Term Substitute Teacher in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District from August 2011 to June 2012. Gretchen holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Marquette University.
