Rob Schleicher

Rob Schleicher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and military leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Business Unit Manager and Business Unit Manager at Douglas Dynamics, Inc. since May 2013, Rob applies lean manufacturing principles to foster a continuous improvement environment within collaborative teams. Rob has a distinguished military background, achieving the rank of Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Army Reserve, where various leadership roles held include Chief of Engineer Operations in Afghanistan and Assistant Professor of Military Science. Previous positions include Value Stream Manager at Cooper Power Systems and Advanced Manufacturing Engineer at CNH Industrial, emphasizing manufacturability and process improvement. Rob holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Boston University.
