Robert Poehlein

Robert Poehlein has extensive work experience within sales and business development. Robert started their career at Briggs & Stratton in 1996, where they held various positions including Director of Business Units, Senior Sales Director, and Senior Director of L&G Business Units and Global Platforms. In these roles, they led teams in achieving profit and loss objectives, developed and implemented product initiatives, and drove growth opportunities across multiple channels and regions. In 2018, they joined Douglas Dynamics, Inc. as the Director of Business Development and later progressed to become the Director of Sales and Business Development, and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales and Business Development.

Robert Poehlein attended Purdue University from 1988 to 2022, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering. Robert later pursued further education at Marquette University from 1999 to 2002, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
