Kenil Bhadani has an extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Kenil started their career as a Molding Intern at Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd in 2013. Kenil then worked as a Summer Intern in Design at Prasad Group of Companies in 2014.
In 2015, Bhadani became a Production Engineer at Meeka Machinery Pvt. Ltd., where they successfully implemented Lean Manufacturing techniques and supervised manufacturing processes for the production of Hoist and Jib Cranes.
Kenil joined EquiFit, Inc. as a Consulting Project Engineer in 2016, where they worked on various projects before moving to Walker Magnetics Group as a Consulting Project Engineer. In this role, they developed a design program, calculated tolerances, and reviewed engineering change orders.
Bhadani also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2016, before joining Global Steering Systems, LLC as a Quality Engineering Intern in 2017. During their internship, they worked on two projects related to lean line design and reducing scrap using manufacturing software.
In 2018, Bhadani worked as a Manufacturing-Quality Engineering Intern at Advanced Circuitry International, where they provided support for new product introduction and identified process improvements.
Kenil'smost recent role was as a Production Engineer at SemiNex Corporation from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working as a Quality Engineer at Douglas Electrical Components, Inc. since October 2020.
Kenil Bhadani began their education at Rajkumar College in Rajkot, where they completed their elementary and middle school education from 2000 to 2007. Kenil then attended Birla Public School in Pilani from 2007 to 2009, where they completed their high school education with a focus on higher education administration.
In 2009, Kenil Bhadani enrolled in St. John's Senior Secondary School, where they completed their senior high school education until 2011. Kenil then pursued their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2011 to 2015.
To further enhance their academic qualifications, Kenil Bhadani pursued a higher level of education, earning a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2016 to 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Kenil Bhadani has also obtained several certifications to expand their skill set. In 2016, they earned their Six Sigma - Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers. The following year, in 2017, they obtained a Lean - Green Belt certification from the same institution. Recently, in 2022, Kenil Bhadani obtained the IPC/WHMA-A-620 Requirements & Acceptance for Cable & Wire Harness Assemblies certification from IPC.
