Elisa Angelone Eletto has extensive experience in real estate and business management, with current responsibilities in Business Development and Recruiting at Douglas Elliman Real Estate since October 2022. Previously, as Team Leader and Managing Broker at Keller Williams Points North, Elisa successfully recruited 74 new agents within six months and revamped the productivity coaching program. At Coldwell Banker Realty, Elisa revitalized a struggling office, expanding the team from 68 to over 100 agents while turning it into a profitable venture. Earlier experience includes launching a commercial division at Signature Premier Properties and a successful tenure as an Associate Real Estate Broker at Douglas Elliman, where recognition included being named to Long Island Business News’ 40 Under 40 in 2013. Elisa began a career in sales with Mitsubishi Motors and later served as Business Manager at Rallye BMW. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Rhetorical Studies from Hofstra University.
