Gena Averett

Gena Averett has worked in the Human Resources field since 2018. Gena started as a Human Resources Generalist at The Corvallis Clinic in 2018 and then moved to Umpqua Health as a Human Resources Assistant in 2019. In 2020, they became the Benefits Manager at Umpqua Indian Development Corp. Most recently, they have been the Human Resources Manager at Douglas Fast Net since 2023.

Gena Averett attended Oregon State University from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Health and studied Health/Health Care Administration/Management. In August 2022, they obtained a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America.
