Todd Way has worked in the telecommunications industry since 1991. Todd began their career as a Field Operations Manager for US West/Qwest Communications, where they oversaw cable maintenance, splicing, design services, central office and installation duties in various locations. Todd managed up to 35 employees, including hiring and disciplinary actions. In 2004, Todd became the Vice President of Operations for Rio Networks, a small CLEC. In this role, they were responsible for a wide range of duties, including budgeting, negotiating interconnection agreements, board presentations, and long range planning. Todd identified and implemented over one million dollars of annual cost savings. In 2007, Todd became the Chief Executive Officer of Douglas Fast Net.

Todd Way received their B.S. in Construction Engineering Management from Oregon State University in 1994 and their MBA in Masters of Business Administration from the same university in 1995.
