Alan Richardson

Alan Richardson is a Senior Valuer at DNG with a vast experience in residential valuations, loan security valuations, and new developments pricing. Their background includes roles at Sherry FitzGerald and Vincent Finnegan Auctioneers as Residential Valuer. Alan also served as a Residential Lettings Negotiator at The Lansdowne Partnership. Alan holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Real Estate & Management from the University of the West of England, along with diplomas in Property Management and Valuation from Cork College of Commerce and Real Estate and Property Valuation from Senior College Dun Laoghaire.
