Shae Harry

Shae Harry is a Senior Associate at Douglas Partners and Laboratory Manager of the Sunshine Coast Laboratory.

He has more than two decades of experience in the construction materials testing industry and has worked on many earthworks projects, from both regional bases and onsite laboratories including residential subdivisions, dams, airports, shopping centres, ports, quarries and large scale road projects. He also has had major involvement in the bulk earthworks and civil testing for most of the major residential subdivisions that have been constructed in the Sunshine Coast since 1994 including Peregian Springs, The Boardwalk estate, Brightwater estate, Pelican Waters estate, Coolum Ridges, Belvista, Aura, Oceanside, Hyatt Coolum, Sunshine Cove, and Bells Reach.

Shae has also been involved in large scale infrastructure projects including major highway upgrades. His broad range of experience also includes testing and inspections on smaller projects including, residential and commercial projects, trench backfill, driveways and quality control testing of quarry materials.

He completed a Diploma of Laboratory Technology in 2017 and is a NATA technical assessor for a wide range of soils and aggregate testing.
