Colleen Voland

Colleen Voland currently serves as an Associate Consultant and Account Coordinator at Douglas Shaw & Associates, where responsibilities include the creation and development of annual plans, project schedules, and ensuring the quality of client-facing documents. Previously, Colleen worked at American Sentinel College as a Student Success Advisor and Nurse Practitioner Program Manager, implementing program initiatives, coordinating projects, and developing marketing campaigns to enhance student retention. Experience as a Proposal Coordinator at Allsteel involved designing client-focused proposals and ensuring project timelines. Colleen's earlier roles included mentoring graduate instructors at Illinois State University and gaining varied experience through internships in executive support, operations, and marketing. Colleen holds a Master’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Illinois State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Augustana College.
