Cezary Szandecki

Cezary Szandecki is a seasoned finance and marketing professional with a diverse background in leadership roles across various companies. Since February 2014, Cezary has held multiple key positions at Douleutaras, including Head of Finance, Co-Founder, Head of Marketing, and COO. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Manager and Project Manager at Wedia, and experience at Rascal as Account Manager and Account Executive. Early career positions involved internships at zeb/rolfes.schierenbeck.associates and Citibank Privatkunden AG & Co. KGaA, along with a student assistant role at the Research Centre "Science Marketing" at Fachhochschule Münster. Cezary holds a Master of Arts in International Management from FH Münster and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie.
