With Kraft Foods and later Mondelēz International, he led the design and delivery of critical product, process and packaging technologies and innovation platforms that earned an industry reputation for the highest rate of innovation and level of incremental growth for new products over any competitor.
In 2017, Wilbur launched Next Result Innovation consulting world-class multinational CPG companies reach new level of incremental growth from new products over any competitor.
