Hon. Knowledge Ipinge

Hon. Knowledge Ipinge is an experienced professional with a background in business, intellectual property, and public service. In 2021, they joined the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) as a Member of the Technical Committee for the National Intellectual Property Policy & Strategy (NIPPS). Hon. Knowledge also founded and became the Editor-In-Chief of the Walvis Bay Fishing School Magazine and became the Executive Director of Business Development for Dove Air. In 2015, they became the Namibian Partner for Offlimit Communications and in 2020, they served as a Regional Councillor for the Walvis Bay Urban Constituency of the Erongo Regional Council.

Hon. Knowledge Ipinge attended De Duine Secondary School in Walvis Bay, Namibia from 1998 to 2003. In November 2021, they obtained the Data Visualization and Cartography (DVAC) certification from the African Drone & Data Academy Powered By UNICEF.
