Kurt Ivie

Kurt, a member of the Washington City Council and father of four, grew up and has lived in St. George and Washington his entire life. He has a bachelor’s degree in geology/education, as well as a master’s in Utah studies. Kurt believes that DOVE profoundly alters the lives of survivors experiencing domestic abuse and sexual violence. As a board member, his hope is that providing safe shelter and trauma recovery services will help survivors have hope and gain self-reliance.
