Celia Joicey

Celia Joicey is a seasoned professional in the arts and culture sector with extensive experience in leadership and education. Currently serving as the Director at Dovecot Studios since 2017, Celia has previously held prominent positions such as Head of the Fashion and Textile Museum from 2011 to 2017 and Head of Publications at the National Portrait Gallery from 2001 to 2011. Earlier roles include Editor of the RSA Journal and Head of Publications at the Royal Society of Arts from 1996 to 2001, and Lecturer in Art and Design History at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design from 1994 to 1996.
