Kubilay Ceylan

Kubilay Ceylan is a Continuous Improvement Engineer currently working at Dover Food Retail since March 2024, with previous experience in similar roles at B. Braun Medical Inc. from May 2021 to November 2023. Prior to these positions, Kubilay served as a Business Project Manager at Ocean Vista Counseling and Consulting from June 2015 to April 2021, where responsibilities included researching and implementing marketing strategies for behavioral health services and managing client interactions. Additionally, Kubilay undertook roles as a Research Assistant at Penn State University, conducting research on local demographics and technological impacts, and as an Administrative Assistant for the Redevelopment Authority City of New Kensington, focusing on local economic assessments. Kubilay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Project and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Kubilay completed high school at Valley Forge Military Academy & College.
