Directors Team

The Directors Team at Dover Public Schools is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various critical functions essential to the district’s educational mission. This includes managing bilingual, ESL, and world language programs; shaping curriculum and instruction; providing special services; handling human resources; overseeing preschool operations; maintaining facilities; coordinating special projects and transportation; and implementing student intervention and testing strategies. Through their combined efforts, they aim to foster an environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and mutual respect among students and staff.
