Beverly Wyckoff

Beverly Wyckoff serves as the Vice President & Associate Counsel for Global Regulatory Affairs at Dover Corporation since December 2013, overseeing legal and compliance matters including international trade compliance and cybersecurity. Prior roles include Attorney and Compliance Professional at Axiom, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at FirstGroup America, Inc., and Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Laidlaw. Beverly has extensive experience in legal functions within corporate environments, having led restructuring efforts at Zenith Electronics Corporation, and managed legal activities at Aerial Communications and The Sanwa Bank. Beverly holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Yale University.
