Lionel Montaldot is an accomplished operations and project director currently leading complex projects and business transformations at Dover Corporation since June 2021. With a strong focus on automation, advanced manufacturing, and digital transformation, Lionel drives operational excellence through established methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and TPM. Prior experience includes serving as Managing & Operations Director at ALFAGOMMA Group, where Lionel successfully transformed Scandinavian operations, achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification, and implemented digital initiatives. Lionel's background also features significant roles at GCR Eurodraw Spa, ITW Welding Products, and academic achievements including an MBA from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering from UTBM.
