Matthew Kwon

Matthew Kwon is a seasoned operations and finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of Operations Program Management at Dover Corporation since June 2020, Matthew previously held prominent positions at ITT Goulds Pumps, including Global Business Director and Director of Finance, where significant achievements included transforming a low-performing facility into a profitable operation and driving operational improvements. Matthew's earlier experience includes roles at Owens Corning as Plant Controller, Smart Inventions, Inc. as Director of Finance and Operations, and Modulink, Inc. as Director of Finance and Operations, where Matthew contributed to key operational and financial advancements. Matthew Kwon holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Colorado Denver.
