Mollie Maruca

Mollie Maruca is a seasoned professional in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHS&S) with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of EHS at Dover Corporation since September 2023, Mollie previously held the role of Vice President of EHS&S and Facilities at Pall Corporation, beginning in May 2018, where the focus was on achieving a Zero Harm Workplace. Prior experience includes serving as EHS Manager for Baxter International Inc. and EHS&S Manager for Bausch + Lomb's Pharmaceuticals Division. Mollie's career began as an Industrial Hygiene Consultant and Health and Safety Coordinator with HSA Engineers & Scientists. Mollie holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master's in Public Health, specializing in Environmental and Occupational Health, from the University of South Florida.
