Reka O.

Reka O. is an accomplished legal and tax professional with extensive experience in indirect taxation and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Director of Global Indirect Tax Counsel and Chairwoman of Dover Suisse Holding Sarl at Dover Corporation since October 2016, Reka O. is also a board member at Dover Switzerland Participations GmbH. Previously, Reka O. held the position of VAT Director and Global Indirect Taxes Manager at IMI from July 2010 to March 2016, and worked as an International VAT Manager at PwC between July 2003 and June 2010. Earlier career experiences include serving as a Senior Assistant at Bàrd, Cseri & Partners Law Office and as a Junior Housemistress at Rye St. Anthony School.
