David Crouse serves as the president of Dover Fueling Solutions, a leading global provider of advanced customer-focused technologies, services and solutions in the fuel and convenience retail industries. Dover Fueling Solutions is a leading operating company within Dover Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer comprised of five operating segments, headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois. With 27 years in petroleum equipment leadership, David brings a storied breadth and depth of global industry experience and perspective to the DFS team, partners and customers worldwide.

David joined DFS in December 2016. He was instrumental in leading the successful integration of several fueling sector brands under the DFS moniker upon its formation after Dover’s 2016 acquisitions of Tokheim and Wayne Fueling Systems. The additional trusted, iconic brands in the DFS family include Fairbanks, ClearView, ProGuage and OPW FMS. David’s strategic stewardship of each legacy, which includes three, century-old brands, is underpinned by a customer-centric growth mindset and a relationship-oriented, emotionally intelligent leadership style. David and his entire team are committed to DFS’ long-term success as a product leadership company and a technology leader in the fueling sector.

Prior to DFS, David previously served as president of another Dover operating company, OPW, in Cincinnati, Ohio. In his tenure as president, David led his team to substantial growth, global expansion, increased market share, and sustained operational excellence. Prior to his role as president, he held additional executive leadership positions of increasing global responsibility during his 13 years with OPW, and various sales positions in his early career in the industry.

David holds a master of management in international business from the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University, and a bachelor of science in marketing from Miami University. He also served as a volunteer in the Peace Corps in Ecuador, South America, and is honored to continue his philanthropic efforts with various charitable organizations in Austin, Texas, the global headquarters for DFS.
