Kurt Dillen

VP, Business Development at Dover Fueling Solutions

Kurt Dillen serves as the vice president of business development for Dover Fueling Solutions. Kurt stepped into this role in 2019 to provide executive leadership for strategic partnerships and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) during this next phase of DFS’s growth. He joined Dover in 2015 when they acquired Tokheim and has served in several vice president roles since then.

Kurt brings over 30 years of experience in the global fueling retail services and solutions industry and is an established expert in customer-focused technologies. He began his career at Satam/Sofitam Belgium in 1987 which eventually became part of Tokheim. While at Tokheim, he held many positions of increasing responsibilities leading up to his role as vice president in 2003.

Kurt is a well-known and highly sought-after industry speaker and has presented to thousands of conference attendees on digital transformation and IoT (internet of things) technology. He continues to share his expertise and knowledge of technology-enablement with others, focusing on advanced services and solutions in the fuel and convenience retail industry.

Kurt has a bachelor’s degree in microprocessors and telecommunication from Technicum Antwerp and is fluent in four languages. He is currently based in the DFS Turnhout, Belgium office.
