Dana Springfield

Dana Springfield is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in various industries. As President of Dover Saddlery from August 2017 to July 2023, Dana drove the company's strategic direction. Previous roles include Vice President and General Manager of Consumer Direct at Yankee Candle from June 2004 to July 2017, and Vice President of Marketing at Keepsake Quilting from June 2003 to May 2004. Dana also served as Circulation Director at Garnet Hill from January 1998 to January 2003 and held the position of Marketing Manager at Yankee Publishing from July 1994 to March 1998. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, completed in 1987.
