Linda McCrossan

Linda McCrossan has extensive experience in customer service and program management, with a career that spans several decades in the technology and retail sectors. Currently serving in customer service at Dover Saddlery since November 2014, Linda previously held various positions at Cisco from 2003 to 2014, including Release Program Manager and Program Manager. Earlier roles included development management and engineering positions at Cabletron Networks and a software engineering role at Digital Equipment Corporation. Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1979 and 1983.
