Lucia Záčiková

Lucia Záčiková has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2012, they completed a marketing internship at P-MAT, n.o. Lucia then worked as a media intern at Amnesty International Slovakia in 2014, followed by an editor role at The News Agency of the Slovak Republic (TASR) from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Lucia worked as a web editor at Devin.sk. In 2019, they took on the role of marketing support at VAGUS and worked as a content writer for Pelikan.sk. Lucia joined Swiss Re in 2016 as a project manager and web publisher, where they worked until 2021. In 2021, Lucia worked as a copywriter and SEO specialist at Tiens Europe Region GmbH & Co. KG before moving on to their current role as a UX Copywriter at DÔVERA zdravotná poisťovňa, a. s.

Lucia Záčiková's education history is as follows:

From 2013 to 2015, Lucia attended Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Journalism.

In 2014 and 2015, they also studied at the University of Dubrovnik, focusing on Media and Public Relations Studies.

Lucia completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication from the Faculty of Mass Media Communication, University of Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava, from 2010 to 2013.

During the academic year of 2008 to 2009, Lucia attended Ryde School, where they earned their High School degree with a specialization in HMC Scholar.

Looking towards the future, Lucia has plans to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Service Design from Masaryk University Brno, starting in 2023 and expected to finish in 2026.

In addition to their formal education, Lucia also holds several certifications:

- In 2022, they obtained a Content Research & Testing certification from the UX Content Collective.

- In 2021, they completed the Women UX Academy program offered by AjTyvIT.

- Lucia also holds a Barista Certificate obtained in 2021 from Dream Academy s.r.o.

- In 2020, they earned a Keyword Research Exam certification and an SEO Fundamentals certification from SEMrush.

- In 2019, Lucia completed The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification provided by Google.

- In 2017, they obtained the Google Analytics for Beginners certification from Google and a Project Management certification from TwentyEighty Strategy Execution (Formerly ESI International and IPS Learning).

- In 2016, Lucia received an (X)HTML & CSS certification from IT Academy SK.

- Additionally, Lucia has an SEO essentials certification from WooAcademy, although the exact timeframe is unknown.
