Garyun Young

Garyun Young began their work experience in 2013 as a Barista at Eden Espresso Bar. In 2017, they worked as an Events and Marketing specialist at Swing Out Central and Gin Mill Swing, organizing dance events and workshops. Later in 2017, they joined Cadence Communications New Zealand as a Press Assistant, supporting the Head of PR in promoting a music and art festival. In 2018, they worked as a Press Assistant at Stoked PR, focusing on Music PR and media monitoring. From 2019 to 2021, Garyun retrained as a web developer and worked as a Frontend Developer at Stitched.co.uk in London. Currently, they are employed as a Software Engineer at Paloma, formerly known as Dovetail, starting in 2022.

Garyun Young attended Auckland University of Technology from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
