Toby Cox

Toby Cox is a seasoned technology and innovation professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Partner and Chief Venture Technologist at Paloma since August 2016, Toby focuses on early-stage ventures, bridging technology, teams, and market growth. Previous positions include Partner and GM of Paloma Digital, and Partner and CTO, where Toby successfully scaled the engineering team to 70 members. Toby's earlier career includes roles as an Investor at Authsignal, Entrepreneur in Residence at Jaguar Land Rover's InMotion, and Director of Engineering at Carnival.io. An academic background in Computer Science from the University of Canterbury, with First Class Honours, complements Toby's comprehensive expertise in technology and product development across multiple sectors.
