Directors Team

The Directors Team at the Dow Bay Area Family YMCA is comprised of specialized leaders who oversee various departments and programs. They ensure the efficient operation of the facility, develop and implement strategies to enhance membership and program participation, and maintain high standards in health, wellness, child care, sports, aquatics, human resources, facility maintenance, and financial management. This collaborative team works together to create a welcoming and supportive environment for all members.
