Britt Williams Baker

Britt Williams Baker has a diverse work experience in various industries. Britt is the Co-Founder of Dow Janes, where they focus on empowering women in personal finance. Britt was also the Chief Fun Officer and Career Czar at Career Protocol, where they held the role from March 2018 to December 2020. Previously, they worked as the Director of Licensing & Client Success at Byte Foods and as a Global Marketing and Operations Intern at HelloFresh, where they made significant contributions in optimizing processes and customer segmentation. Britt began their career as a Consultant at Monitor Group, later continuing with Monitor Deloitte after the acquisition. Britt holds prior experience in business strategy and implementation across different sectors. Additionally, they served as a Student Ambassador and Chair of Program at Georgetown University.

Britt Williams Baker holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Harvard Business School, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. Prior to this, they obtained a B.S. in International Health and Economics from Georgetown University from 2008 to 2010. Britt also participated in the Bridge Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth in 2008. Furthermore, they attended Santa Clara University from 2006 to 2008 and completed their high school education at Deerfield Academy from 2003 to 2006. Additional certifications include a Certificate of Completion from the Tuck Business Bridge Program.
