Claire MacMillan has held several significant roles in the financial services sector, currently serving as the Head of Customer Delivery & Operations at Dow Jones since August 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing customer operations and risk management. Prior to this, Claire was a Third Party Risk Management Director and a Business Analyst/Technical Account Manager at Dow Jones. Claire's career began at Clydesdale Bank from April 2015 to August 2017, working as a Technology Analyst/Business Analyst to facilitate communication between business and technology stakeholders. Earlier experience includes a role as a Strategy and MI Analyst at Tesco Bank from January 2012 to April 2015. Claire holds a Master of Arts degree in English Literature and History from the University of Glasgow, awarded in 2010.
