Netta Azgad

Netta Azgad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and education. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Finance Strategic Enablement at Dow Jones since September 2017, Netta develops and executes talent and learning strategies while overseeing the talent lifecycle within the finance department. Previously, as Senior Project Manager for the Dow Jones Data Academy, responsibilities included managing global operations, leading a team of 50 trainers, and overseeing course development and learner engagement initiatives. Additional roles at Dow Jones included Project Manager for Data Transformation, Content Quality Analyst, and Research Editor. Outside of Dow Jones, Netta founded The English Garden Language School and has held positions in language training and management consulting. Netta holds a BA (Hons) in Modern Chinese Studies from the University of Leeds and studied at Capital Normal University.
